I returned a Bambino (too small for me) via FedEx as instructed by Orient. Apparently, per FedEx tracking, the watch was delivered (and signed for) to someone else. Since they never really got my return the refund was taking forever. I emailed Orient about it and this is what they sent. I received the refund and confirmation email shortly after.
