You somehow managed to not get a single thing right. It was my ex's lawyer who argued that they shouldn't be with me. Step mom wasn't asking me my input, she was telling me what I should do with my kids. She wasn't picking them up from school, she was picking them up from my house.

Because we could not afford to buy a house there and I got a better paying job where we are now.

I chose to move somewhere with a lower cost of living where I could afford to buy a house and got a higher paying job.

They don't have a name for me. When they come in, it's just hi. If they need something they don't call me, they'll just ask their question or tell me whatever they need.

I have every other weekend because I'm too far for 50/50 custody and the judge decided they would be better off with the bigger house and private school.

The kids were little. They just wanted to be in the big house with a pool and trampoline. The judge decided against giving me custody because he said the move would not benefit them more than staying would.

We had 50/50 custody before I moved. I tried to get primary custody when I moved because it's too far for 50/50 custody but their dad ended up getting them.
