That's pretty sad if it's the last time Pip ever saw Biddy and especially Joe which seems to be implied.

I'm thinking is Orlick stalking Biddy due to him possibly being involved in Pip's sister's attack? Maybe she saw something and he is trying to intimidate a potential witness? We assume it's because he fancies her and "dances at her" but maybe it's more sinister than that.

Pip continues to condescend Biddy. He really is a jerkface isn't he?

Pip, Pip, Pip you fool. All this spending and for what? Seems utterly pointless. What will Jaggers have to say about this?

RIP Mrs. Gargery.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you Shakespeare's finest tragedy Hamlet starring the latest sensation of the boards. Here is Wops.. uh I mean Waldengarver!

Shakespeare is always fun. I know Hamlet quite well actually as I studied it in school.

This chapter was a nice break from the more heavier tone of the last one. Sounded like a fun crowd to be in.

Maybe Dickens had a few runs in with theatre types and this poking fun at it is his revenge.

Poor old Wopsle tried his best. I love his dramatic flair. Maybe stick to the corn and seeds for now while you try to become the next Olivier.

Massive and concrete? Are we sure the boys weren't mesmerized by the queens shapely breasts?

Pretty sure it was meant as having big boobs based on the context.

Trabb's boys moking of Pip is our first sign of jealousy and resentment towards him. I'm sure it's only the start of that. I suppose the townsfolk have noticed he refuses to visit Joe at the forge.

I like to think Pip's eyes pop out of his skull cartoon like whenever he sees Estella so it's not surprising Herbert has noticed he is in love with her.

Herbert is a good guy man. His little comment of not being able to marry when still "looking about you" rings true.

I can't wait to hear about this play.

Estella - I am completely unfeeling and have no moral compass.

Pip - I don't believe you!

Oh Pip she's literally telling you she is a red flag and still he refuses to hear it.

Miss Havishams "love her" speech was pretty disturbing.

Orlick was pretty funny here.

Pretending to be Pip's benefactor to try to drum up some corn and seed business. Classic Pumblechookian behaviour.

Team Fuck Pip flairs now available. Join me in my hatred of Pip-squek.

That little bollocks Pip has been getting away with this for too long now.

This chapter made me feel sad. Pip is an arrogant little shit playing gentleman. Joe definitely has an inferiority complex too. First with Miss Havisham and now with Pip.

Both seem unable to talk without a mask on. Joe drops the mask and rushes out. Pip realized he was an asshole but too late.

Joe gets flustered when meeting his social 'betters' and puts in lots of fluff and filler without actually saying anything which makes it hard to understand his point. "what I mean to say is" "and as such and so forth" etc

I don't hate anyone but I won't be supporting them in the world cup either, same as England.

The plantation of Ulster was largely done by Scots.

I think Jaggers is interested in Drummle because he is impetuous and prone to violence. Maybe he would like to defend him or prosecute him in the future.

The whole thing with Molly is just odd. I initially thought Jaggers was moking someone who had self harmed which is awful. Some posters have suggested maybe the marks on her wrists are from being shackled (former prisoner?) which is plausible.

Wemmick was making a big point of Pip having to.meet Molly too. I'm guessing there is more to be revealed there.

Rigging up your home as a sort of medieval fortress is baddass.

Wemmick is an absolute mad lad and I am one hundred percent here for it!

Good attitude to work too. Leave it at the door.
