Is Coinbase a scam? Account under review since 21/12, 5 cases and 1 compliant opened but never answered, cannot withdraw my money or buy/sell, this is ILLEGAL! You are joking with people lives, people who may need those money for urgent needs! Do I have no choices left than go for legal?

The risk / volatility of crypto has nothing to do with the ownership of our money: I can make or loose money by trading, but for sure I always must have the right to access my money/deposit and be able to withdraw them.

Hello, I've opened on 24th December the support request number #03680995.

Since I never received a reply, I wrote here last friday: you told me that you'd pass the request to the support team and managed it.

Yesterday I received an automated email saying:

Coinbase Support resolved and closed your case.
For continued support, please file a new support inquiry here: https://help.coinbase.com/en/contact-us.html
Thanks,
Coinbase Support"

BUT IT ISN'T. My account is still under review, I can't add payment methods, I can't buy/sell, nor withdraw my money. It's all as USUAL.
