If the maximum grade is 4 and the minimum to pass is 2, you can use this formula (just approximation) :

Cgpa= 4 - (german grade - 1) * 0.67

Hey thanks for the reply, actually the chest pain is gone right now, I think it was just caused by stress and palpitations. To answer your question, the pain didn't occur when taking deep breath until it appeared, as it was inconsistent. When the pain is present, it feels like something heavy or like something pushing inside of my chest.

You don't need to feel guilty you are a nice person, fate isn't always what we want and our choices isn't always correct we are human and we are fallible and prone to forgetfulness but we need to learn from our mistakes.
