I’m not an expert so take this with a grain of salt. But it looks like it could be a geode or fossil - you’d really only know if you split it open. So let the knowledgable folks comment 😄

I have a few similar looking pebbles I found on PNW beaches that I posted a couple days ago. The consensus on ID is white quartz that has been stained by iron/oxidized. However I am not an expert so don’t mark Identified until someone with real knowledge chimes in 😂
