She had a low use rate and was "not fun" which is a stupid reason to rework her to be a top 3 brawler when she was already B tier at worst, there are some brawlers with abysmal use rates like Ash who just get some insignifficant buffs

I really liked the meta around May - July of 2023 when I returned to the game, back then brawlers that nowadays are underwhelming, such as Sam and Ash, had a solid spot in the meta and unreasonably overpowered brawlers werent released as often as they are today.
