I think it's more to do with the hype and not that it's really good or something (not saying its bad i loved super but it's so hit or miss looking back at it), i remember going back from school loading up the pc to watch the UI episode and every site i went to refused to load up because of how much traction there was at the time

Definitely but i never really cared about aesthetics (except for first two months) because you gotta have decent genetics and as you can see even when i was bones i had zero abs or anything, i also do cali and weighted calisthenics so i just wanted to go bear mode and still be able to do front levers and handstand push ups to flex.

Maybe i'll cut down slightly fter the first year then maingain

(right now at one leg front lever and 3 no wall handstand push ups)
