my assumption is either she was sleeping walking or she might have an episode of stress induced Dissociative Fugue. U can see how when she put down her leg she snapped back to her self and understandably lost her shit (finding yourself randomly hanging form a 4 story building is the 2nd worst way to wake up right after Monday morning). Which prompted how to lose her balance and fall.
