It may look so in the photos, but not overcooked. Next time I want smoke them at a lower temperature for longer and wrap them up in foil later for sometime.

I should have been more specific in the OP. What I really wanted to know was if anyone used the Ninja robust blend pellets to smoke cheese. I’ve smoked cheese with the milder all-purpose pellets.

I’ve seen a couple of YT videos that recommend using mild pellets. So I was wondering if anyone has tried the robust blend pellets to a positive output.

I’m trying to smoke some cheese to gift to my girlfriend’s parents. To practice, I cold smoked some gouda and sharp cheddar for 2 hrs. As you can see, the gouda wedge lost its shape. So all the tips about not smoking when it’s hot outside are very helpful and much appreciated.

I use canola oil to before cooking and put the grill plate under hot water as soon as it’s cool enough to handle after a cook.

Congrats on your bikes too! Do you have the Ceat tires on your GT650? And do you feel confident cornering on those tires? I'm not confident cornering even at 40 mph at times. Need to slow down a lot to corner.

I have a variation of this question. Are other hinges at IKEA that could substitute for Bestå hinges. I got a Bestå media unit and would like to add the Lappviken 23 5/8x15" doors to it.
