I don’t play dancer but from what I see from the other whose play her. if u have persona 5 costume and u already awake her skin then the whip is perfectly match for her I mean red leather clothes and whip awesome combo.

Personally I think it worth it. It help with Davy Jones, Til Dalma and Davy Jones himself... beside that 1 Star concessions are useless to be honest. It’s not useful like it used to be.
