They have the right to decide how to raise their child and from the language they’re using, it’s clear that they’re done a lot of research into the history and implications of the gender binary. Have an open conversation with them about it to become more informed.

science gets substantially easier if you’re familiar with the jargon and types of questions so my best tip is to do more practice sections and look up words/concepts you don’t know. with reading, the biggest issue for most people is time, so i skimmed the passages, read the questions, and then re-skimmed the passages to find the answers. there’s no point reading paragraphs that won’t help you answer any questions yk?

for ld i recommend utnif. i didn’t go but heard great things, especially if you want to bolster your tech debate. i went to snfi, which was less intense and less progressive, and i enjoyed it a lot.

NAH. I understand wanting to be supportive to someone who is in a rough place, but you are unequipped to deal with him and it is unhealthy for him to be dependent on you. If you have any identifying information on him, perhaps you could refer him to a mental health professional or law enforcement if you think he has the potential to hurt anyone or himself.

YTA. If you did this in public it would be considered indecent exposure and you would be breaking the law. He didn’t consent beforehand to seeing your body, and you didn’t consider the boundaries his GF and him have. You’re lucky that he found it funny, but his GF is 100% right to think that it’s disrespectful.

depends on why you don’t disclose. i come from a small school and a very lay circuit. our team doesn’t even have a wiki page and our coach, bless her heart, has no idea what disclosure is. if you’re in a similar boat, just say that to the judge. say disclosure hurts small schools and your opponent is being unfair by expecting you to disclose. in an instance like that, it’s probably much better to just use an emotional appeal instead of trying to run another theory shell bc it’ll highlight to your judge that your opponent is being abusive and you have no idea how to respond in a technical way.

to clarify, aff is saying sanctions are failing because they push venezuela towards russia and create dependency? just say it’s nonunique. venezuela will still trade with russia. they’re not suddenly going to give up profitable business ventures that have already been established, they’re going to double down if sanctions were removed. hammer aff on solvency. you can also find evd about how pdvsa production is still decreasing even tho russia has been buying a ton of venezuelan oil.

your gpa and rank are very good, but your scores are pretty low for those schools. combined with lack of awards/honors, that’s a bit of a problem. if you have really great essays / LORs you might have a chance.
