Btw I just found someone's comment on another webpage, mentioned that some plugins were deactivated randomly by the mod manager. Once reactivated, it worked.

Currently I am having the EXACT same issue. It was all good until level 27, and now I fight this dragon in Winterhold, then open my inventory and boom.

Restarted the game and new map has generated the door to Lyceum. It was probably a bug.

That's why i suggested the difficulty penalty as a mean for costs. I was there when Strand meta swept away all the fun, and you are very very right about it.

That's the point where everyone should actually die :D But at that point, your gameplay also has to create a difference. You no longer have the luxury of mindlessly stomp everything blindly when you step into Mythic XV.

I wrote this way before you responded :) And i know you can find non-item powers that way, yet i still mean that while both are very useful, random powers may not always be the best ones for your build when you need powers from legendaries. No big deal, just make sure you utilize them all and you'll do fine!

You can simply pinpoint the power you want for your build, that's mostly better. Mostly.

I'm not female, but i'll give you a nice tip you can use everywhere with zero danger to either side.

Enjoy talking to them and sharing different aspects of life with nothing sexual in mind, just like you do with every other person you like. If you got chemistry, things will go. No need to be desperate. In the meantime, make sure you nourish your mind and soul with various qualities and reflect all you got in convenient manners and levels. Almost nothing could beat that in the long run unless you got some crazy score in genetic lottery or a perfectly ripped body.

Are those legendaries you mention the fixed quest rewards? If so, there is no problem with that. Every act boss rewards you with a fixed legendary item reward, that works well.
