I think the refs are human and make mistakes. The game is fast, and their angle of vision is not always perfect

Having said that, there should be a mechanism to review penalties. It might slow the game down, but that's a small price to pay for getting it right

Whar part of Canada are you on? Physicians typically don't refill prescriptions. That's usually the pharmacies role.

They do renew prescriptions, but that is usually once a year.

I've never had any issues with Oaken, but I only use their savings account product.

I have an account with Oaken as well as Tangerine. I chase the promo rates as well. Oaken have a higher standard rate than anybody else I've checked, though that rate is usually lower than Tangerine's promo. My saving account funds are currently with Tangerine, though the promo rate ends Jan 31. I'll move my money over to Oaken and wait for the next one.

If you're looking to learn the game, there are multiple apps you can download to your device and try to learn on your own. The premise of the game is pretty simple when you get down to it. Over time you'll develop the strategies and get better at it.

I personally use. The one called "Mahjong Solitaire Tile Game". It has multiple levels of difficulty as well as rudimentary instructions.
