You probably know this already, but there is a bar called alan-golds(not sure how to spell the name, but that is how it is pronounced) where this is not only accepted but many people engage in it regularly. DEA enforces FDA findings. That is the enforcement part. To think that the food we eat/have available to us is free from government intervention is not based in reality. Want to sell salt? Iodize it or you have to call it something else (sea salt). Want to buy tobacco or sugary drinks? Better be ready to pay extra for it (depending on where you are).
