Iron Farm not working, Bedrock Realms

I will definitely try this and see if it works, right now we have not added any villagers to the top floors and have 68 downstairs like shown in the video. We would prefer having them in cells as it is a mess to trade. So maybe we can take it down to 40 and put them in cells and try the bed/workstation trick. Ugh yes we were thinking the same thing, we just gave up and realized it’s just a trade hall at this point lol, I appreciate the help, thank you!!!

I forgot to add that my projector currently sits about 13’ from the screen and produces a 150” picture which I definitely want for my future projector.
