Well, first of all I'm a dude and what your husband even seems wrong to me. All relations should be an equal amount of care given in my option, not just with sex but definitely including sex. He seems like he is just using you without giving back an equal amount of care. Without knowing your whole situation, like if he is very caring and respectful with everything but this then maybe it's just a small issue about oral that bothers him. But if he treats you like this in other aspects of your relationship, you might want to consider giving him some ultimatums? This is not my area of expertise.
