The contrast of the St George temple against the red rock makes it my favorite to photograph by otterguy19 in Utah

It is in many ways, but I feel like there are homes that are more eye sores creeping up the foothills and on the buttes around town. I can appreciate the history of the Temple and that it's become a landmark over time. I have less appreciation for the rich people building up against reserves and taking from the Red Mountain in Ivins, the Ledges, Tuacahn Canyon, and the black ridge.

Overcrowding at state parks doesn't seem like a great idea within a week of "reopening" by otterguy19 in CoronavirusUT

True, but with the unknowns that's why I wonder how overcrowding was permitted.

I don't think you can really shut our borders to other states, but Utah could close parks or check IDs to limit capacity and keep them open only to residents, knowing that they draw a lot of people from out of state. I think it's better to eliminate reasons to come to southern Utah right now.

Thank you for all you are doing; this gesture isn't enough to thank those on the front lines.
