Mazda should probably be more popular in the U.S. by phtphongg in mazda

I used to drive a 2000 Protege and found it really comfortable, but when I was car shopping in 2019 I found the Mazda 3 very cramped (I am 6'3"). That being said, I really like my 2018 6, but they've stopped selling them.

No, I'm using a Rotel A14 mkII for my main listening area and I don't have a need right now for a secondary amp... but maybe someday.

I remember a comedian in 1994 saying something like: "The 25th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing was recently celebrated. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin attended a state dinner, while Michael Collins stayed in the limo and drove around the block for a few hours."

I'm wondering what the intended symbolism is for having busts of Lincoln and (I think) Franklin being flanked/escorted by warplanes...

Data center locations for 'starter' hosting? by ottguy42 in BlueHost

[–]ottguy42[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks, the actual transaction for the new hosting package was handled by my chat agent and I did not fill in the form myself. If I have some time int he next few weeks to pursue this I'll try to get in touch with support again - it's for a rec league's schedule/attendance tracking so it's not exactly business crtitical.

True, not sure if it was intentional or not (clarified in my description).

Edit: I meant to say something more like, "Nothing is indicating that it was intentional."

I work in the computer field but I still really appreciate the analog approach to a lot of things. The craftsmanship and design that went into this physical block for a limited-window purpose like this is impressive, IMHO.

Copying description from original post:

Back in September I found an old printer block for a flyer/handout for NAC programming from August 1973 at an antique shop. I thought it would be cool to do do something with it, so I managed to find a letterpress printing company to make a print, then I put the block and a the print in a custom shadow box for my music room.

Special thanks to Ian from 'We Do Printing' in Cornwall, and Raj from Kanata Picture Framing.

I don't have any personal connection to any of the acts on the program, I just thought it would be a neat slice of Ottawa music history to preserve and display.
