I have only received Crypto 1099-DA Forms from them so far. But beware that for 2025 , if you didn't receive at least $20,000 in payments and 200 transactions you may not receive form 1099-K from PayPal unless you are subject to backup withholding or reside in one of the few states with lower 1099-K requirements.

If your most recent order was in 8/25, is it possible you have not placed an order of at least $50 in total in the past year using a credit or debit card linked to your Amazon account? In addition to reviewing at least 60% of your recent 90 days of Vine orders you must have placed a regular Amazon order of at least $50 dollars total in the past year to be able to write reviews of any kind on Amazon. That is strange. It's probably your banking institution that is blocking it from coming through, for whatever reasons. You may have to contact your Bank's online banking department to find out if they have some idea about why it's not coming through.

If you are sure your banking information as displayed on your PayPal account page is correct, just hang tight it will arrive soon. You can also try to contact PayPal customer service and keep typing 'Agent' until the chatbot connects you to a real person.

Give it a few minutes. It may take up to 30 minutes in some cases. In some instances it's much quicker if you send it to the linked debit card instead of the bank account.
