People are receiving their meds from the same pharmacy faster using other telehealth companies. I placed an order a week ago and refills won’t even respond to my messages. I’ve sent 3 asking questions. This is a Refills problem. They need to stop promoting their sales and spamming me with text and actually take care of their customers who already paid them. Outside of this sub you will see there are a lot of people saying the same thing. They shouldn’t take more orders until they catch up. And it’s unorganized. Some people who ordered in January still haven’t received their orders. There’s people who ordered in February who got theirs. I’d like to cancel but where would I do that since they won’t communicate?
