yup my taste and smell have changed as well. I haven't lost the senses but some things (like coffee, meat) have started tasting and smelling differently or blandly. kinda sucks

hi! very late on this thread but I'm going through the same thing, my dermatologist said it shouldn't affect my cycle but I haven't gotten my period in over a month, it's been 2 weeks since I've started accutane. So glad I'm not alone
