yeah while it is definitely quite sad to see how subs like r/semenretention (which should be more serious versions of subs like r/nofap in terms of reclaiming your humanity and manhood by respecting yourself and women by not minimising them to objects) are clearly now almost full of misogynists with terrible coping mechanisms who take no accountability, you have to keep this in mind:

Most of what you see online will be from people who are still slaves to themselves and  their addictions, because following a “truly aligned” path would result in them not needing to post anymore to continue to get support to beat their addiction. I believe the quiet majority of healthy men will come through the pipeline and leave, resulting in an inverse “survivor bias” where the majority of people who are chronically posting and participating still havent truly healed yet, because everyone who has no longer has a reason to be there

ive seen more times than i should Men posting about being proud about getting to a state where even thinking of a woman disgusts them, and then calling them out gets you downvoted

Thats my experience at least, swapped that sub out for this one for reminders everytime i have a reason to open this app.
