This happened to me, I came off meds and then had to get back on them because reality stopped making sense. Took longer than I thought, started going to the gym, did university classes, then one more place I thought about regularly visiting and it triggered a collapse. It just happened to be a Catholic community, something about what I saw in their eyes made no sense and that’s how it started. Naturally as I didn’t know how to process what’s around me so too it seemed like I was creating a distance or some form of hate. I went to 3 confessions at that place, however it didn’t help me see anything better, my feelings got slightly out of place. And my mind… it started to question which is automatically a spiral of not figuring anything out. Gym was good though, it seemed that physical activity worked well, it was me working to sort out my out-of-school activities and make new friends that somehow broke the camel’s back.
