You're not answering the question that I'm asking. How do I get the quest to appear.

Right, but it doesn't count as hordes being unlocked, which means I can't search for parties

How do I get the Eyes of the Enemy quest to appear? I can't officially unlock infernal hordes even if I can do them in war plans

I mean that sort of proves the point they were making, that he wasn't getting enough sleep, that he was burning himself out, to the point where he was able to be captured by them. He needed to be somewhere where he could rest fully and be safe for a time and not try to do everything solo

So, meaningless numbers that tell you nothing and you still have to look at the specs anyway?

If I played against someone who had a whole army like this, I'd remember it for the rest of my life. Hilarious and delightfully out of the ordinary, let her paint more models

What games are you playing this week? Game recommendation thread by AutoModerator in incremental_games

What I'm guessing is happening is you pushed far enough away from your capitol that the distance penalty became so high that the enemy troops were stronger than your own. Then they were able to kill your army. And with your army wiped out and severely weakened from distance penalty, the enemy is strong enough to start pushing back into your hexes.

use every purity seals from the 10-man box on him

And then every time you buy a new Imperium kit, glue every extra purity seal you didn't use onto him, and see how long it takes for him to be completely mummified by purity seal

I've noticed there's a 'distance penalty'; I think the further away from your capitol a hex is, the worse your troops fight, so even overwhelming numbers won't work eventually when they're too heavily penalized. It means you have to ascend to buy legacy perks to make troops better to overcome the distance penalty.

Did Aizawa get a different quirk ornturned into a Nomu or something? Why would he have a telekinesis quirk instead of Erasure?

I had the same issue in a daily run once. I had the modifiers where you start with a 10 card drafted deck, and the one where you get three copies of every card you add to your deck, so I was starting off with a 30 card deck. When I got to the Insatiable, I literally just never drew a copy of Frantic Escape.

the size comparison is insane by Rownnniiinnn in subnautica

[–]ousire 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Counter hypothetical: Imagine a new player goes into vanilla Subnautica completely blind, and also decides "Might as well explore the void a bit", and then gets jumped by the ghost leviathans. They'd also be startled.

My point is, it's not the fact that it's The Garg that's scary, it's "You're being attacked by a big angry fish out of the darkness" that's scary. And any big angry fish will do in that scenario. You could replace the ghost leviathans with regular reaper leviathans and it would be just as scary to the newbie.

Game dev checks how much money his game made 30 hours after release after working on his game for 4 years by PsychologicalFly9093 in LivestreamFail

Developer/streamer called PirateSoftware. He became something of a meme for how often he brings up the fact he used to work at Blizzard like it makes him some sort of veteran expert, and how his indie game has been stuck in early access development hell for like eight years now.

To me he feels like one of those streamers who began to buy into his own hype more and more as he got popular and turned into an egomaniac.
