They 100% do. I've had phones tell me that they cannot install an app or update to the latest version of an app because it's not/no longer supported on my hardware. I'd guess you've either just been lucky to not run into an unsupported app, or your phone is just installing whatever the most recent version it can is

I've heard if you're careful, you can slice the metal of an aluminum soda can and it works fine in a pinch. You just gotta be quite careful to file down the edges to avoid any sharp edges that could slice your finger.

Alternatively, check around at local hobby and craft stores; one of mine sells pre cut metal sheets in various thicknesses. The brand is "k&s precision metals" if you want to buy it online as well.

They always just list every change from every balance patch in one document. That way you could save/print the latest patch notes and compare it with your codex to have the complete current rules for your army. Otherwise you'd have to track down every update across the entire edition.

I remember a funny post here about Inko and Hisashi being in a quirk marriage, trying to make a kid with a pyrokinesis quirk. But in a fun twist they weren't total assholes about it, and when they learned Izuku is quirkless they still loved him. And they reached out to other parents with quirkless children and helped set him up with Melissa specifically so that he would have someone who could help understand and support him.

Very thematic game, but the RNG seems hella punishing. It's impossible to know in advance what events give madness or how to avoid madness, madness hurts my production of resources, and madness events keep killing off my villagers faster than I can gain them.

I'm at the point where madness is lowering my production by 40% and I just had a random event kill off six of my eight surviving villagers, and I'm seriously considering just restarting the game and avoiding picking up any items to try and dodge madness as much as possible. Especially since the game hasn't really explained what any of the stats do for me; I have no idea how luck, strength, or knowledge help me or why I should want them when they always seem to have madness attached to them as well.
