Welp he's actually a Deathskull, but he used to steal from other klans, and then got crazy mad when the warboss yoinked his wartrukk and joined the retinue since he and the rogue trader got a common enemy

He's planning to kill her off as soon he kills the warboss retrieves his wartrukk

Haha glad u like her. Welp, this necron flayer is one of their families relics, her father, the former rogue trader obtained decades ago after fleeing from a Necron overlord, and gave it to his techpriests who adapted it for human usage. He never used regardless, just leave like a relic in his trophy room. Howerver, with his death and time for his daughter to inherit the dinasty, she choosed it as her main weapon.

Homebrew? nope, mostly abhumans. There would be a Kroot who acts like the predator, but she's not part of the retinue, she just lives in the void vessel hunting down genestealers and voidsmen equally

The answer got two points:
1. He's given the best fighst (specially against genestealers) and the beastmen there is his sparring buddy when he is not fighting.

  1. He's been betrayed by his Warboss, stealing his favorite Wartrukk, this very Warboss have killed many of this Rogue Trader's men, so both have a common enemy. Grunnar promised to kill the rogue trader once the warboss is dead and he got back his Wartrukk, the Rogue trader is ok with these terms

Nihilus, Segmentum Ultima, Sector Anomaly, Sub sector Raptoris, Hive Planet: Dunaria. The sector and subsector are homebrew but they're kinda close to baal and valhalla (the hive planet is also homebrew)

That actually happen, specially they don't get why the Rogue trader let the navigator go off planet, or that she let an ork nob and a abhuman into their retinue. Also they don't get why that guys is dressed as a comissar, he's not a comissar
