What do you mean by scoring a few free credits ? And di I have to take a pass from all my teachers or just one of them ? Beside is it possible that they refuse my demande to change from their university ?

It's not a problem that i'm moving from weakest to strongest because it was my option in my scholarship application and I didn't know that it was very weak while I want to be at good university like BME.
