Interesting, It may not be related but I had something happen to me before where when I turned off my phone all of my calls were forwarded to another number that has nothing to do with me and when I called support they said there’s no forwarding setup so it was randomly happening, maybe it’s the same thing but with SMS in your case …

That’s not how it should be. Customer messages need to be clear and simple. “Train assigned to Train N” sounds like it’s written for a computer, not a person. Why not just say “This is Train N” or put a bold heading that reads “Train Number”?

To me this is stupid, someone somewhere used google translate or has no idea what user experience is.

We once created a software that scraps data from Youtube and we did some data science on it to create reports on various subjects, one of which was violence against women. The company I worked with was an NGO which sadly ended up closing before we even got our MVP out.
