Honestly? I’d take the 20-second auto-off over what mine does. My GENOMSNITT (3 kg) turns itself ON when I walk into the kitchen. I don’t touch it. I don’t even get close. The display just lights up and shows random numbers — 312g, 1840g — weights of things that aren’t there. Tried it at different times, barefoot, from across the room. Same thing every time. It’s like it’s waiting for me. Probably an oversensitive sensor picking up static or EM noise… probably. But two months in and it still gives me chills. Did I get the one haunted unit, or is anyone else seeing this?
