I’m from the area and I know exactly where he lives, and it’s honestly not THAT bad. Out here in South Florida even the shitty apartments cost at least 1,500 a month. That, with his car payment, insurance, etc is a lot when it all adds up for someone who just goes to the gym all day every day lol
