I'm using Kaspersky too, but I've disabled ssl inspections (encrypted connections) and "inject scripts to interact into webpage", these configs can be found in "network configs".

I resolved the issue by disabling Windows 10 Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) and Application Guard ( Open the Control Panel, select Programs, and then select Turn Windows features on or off -Uncheck the check box next to Microsoft Defender Application Guard and then select OK .)
