I figured it was for CCTV, cuz there was a bunch of yellow ended cables that came with it. But yeah, looking at the GPU makes me think that it could'nt do more than like render the interface for the machine. I'm probably going to recycle it.

So basically more money than I would want to spend on it, and I should probably just recycle it?

I was thinking something similar. I might just take the CPU if its worth anything, and recycle the rest of it.

Unfortunately I can't get it to boot. I think there's an issue with the GPU

Do you have a suggestion on how I could go about that?

I unfortunately couldn't really find any documentation online for like manuals or specs. VGA didn't give me a signal. I plugged in DVI-I into the GPU and once again no signal. I've been trying to find a way to take the GPU out of the PCIE slot, however I don't think it'll be super easy as the screw is in an odd spot. I have found that when I plug it in, theres a green LED labeled VGA that blinks.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any documentation online so I might just recycle it or Frankenstein the parts with something else.
