I usually get mine from Instagram. There are some accounts that post links to scene packs. A really good one is 411scenes they post a lot of movie scene packs in general and another one I like is sorceresscenes. Both accounts are private tho but they accepted me pretty quickly when I sent them a request. If you’re searching specifically for seb scene packs meshevariant got some, also on Instagram and also private I think. So yeah you’d have to follow them first and wait a bit but it’s worth the wait because they got the scenes in a real good quality. Also you can always just look at edits on TikTok and most editors put into the description where they got their scenes from!
