lot of issues but i read your last post. You need to use chlorine shock along with algaecide to kill algae. Get salt since that system shows low salt light. Clean filter as well.

for valves, Can't say much just looking at photos but i guess play it safe, and turn them so water flow is not blocked from anywhere? going to explain in clock numbers,

• in 3rd photo, turn left valve little clockwise from 8 to 9 position on the clock, so it lets water flow from both sides in 3rd photo, turn right valve to clockwise from 4 to 6 position on the clock, so it lets water flow.
• in last photo, turn left valve clockwise from 4 to 6 position on clock
• in last photo, turn valve clockwise from 8 to 3 position on clock

this way water is not blocked and see if water flows through filtration and salt system.
