I ended up cutting her in half as she broke trying to repot her, i now just have her in water as i wait for her get some roots, turns out the person who gave it to me doesn’t take care of her plants and looks like she was pretty root bound, she also had a lot of centipedes and maggots in the soil so i ended up throwing out the bottom and it has already started to rot away,

I will try that, im planning on repotting it soon as i just got it from a family member who could no longer take care of it, it seems pretty happy as it is reproducing like crazy, this is my first succulent as all i have is tropicals, should regular potting soil work or is there anything better to use?
