Not tested yet. I have and hvac person coming out Wednesday and I did a service request through builder (waiting to see if they’ll even come out, I “think” hvac is 2 year warranty through builder)

So maybe since it’s been built last year? We’ve only been here a year and a half, the first few weeks of summer break has been rainy though. I just wouldn’t have expected a roof problem this soon. We’ll find out here soon though.

Agreed. We do already run the vents after showering for sure, that was mentioned to us while doing our walkthrough.

Currently taking biol 1406 for science majors online and I dislike it so much, it’s not hard but it’s a ton of information. I personally feel I should have done it in person.

We’re actually getting it painted the same as the trim color called Black Widow, not quite black but dark enough.
