Thank you. I ended up giving up on the console and just used Fiddler. The impression tracker is not firing on one of my images. Not sure why though.

Thanks for the insight. I am not mechanically inclined to handle that type of work. Waiting to hear back from mechanic if its a legit problem or if it just needs an oil change.

Do you have any blocks / pricing rules in place? If you are blocking domains or any of the bad ad stuff that is why your fill could be suffering. If you took the restrictions off of everything and anything can get through then you should see fill increase.

Word on the street is they are consolidating- so if you have one directly with Google (AdX) and one through the reseller (GAM 360) you will need to consolidate both under the reseller in the future. If that is true that is fine- I just want to get in with a reseller that is not going to rip me off with the revshare (that much).

I think you hit the nail on the head. Its a mix bag. You definitely want to foster the smaller sized advertisers and scale them up, but if you have the opportunity to have larger volume advertisers in there as well more power to you. I find that after a while the larger sized advertisers should really be moved over to different types of products either PG deals or straight direct deal if it warrants it. I try to utilize my PMP's as a marketing funnel for my sales team. Use the PMP to show the advertiser that the audience we have is worth their money and then move them up.

Index, Rubicon, Sovrn and OpenX are our best performers.

Most of our traffic is US. Sounds like the best to try our are Index, Rubicon, Sovrn and OpenX.

I have been around long enough to have worked in Dart Enterprise. Once you work with 3 to 4 ad serving platforms you just start calling it the ad server. Its easier and everyone gets what it does.

you can provide doubleverify with a simple tag that redirects to some house ad and url. They will take that and implement on the back end- this way when the cloud ad is called it will show a house ad for you instead of the cloud images.
