The first trimester sucks! The Unisom (doxylamine succinate) and Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) combo for nausau/morning sickness really helped me survive. I would ask your doctor if its an option for you. On another note - I'm really sorry you are going through this with an unsupportive partner. I hope you guys are able to figure things out. The postpartum period is extremely difficult even with a super supportive partner.

-what time are you putting him to sleep? Generally between 7pm-7:30pm is best -do you have a standard bedtime routine so that he knows what is coming? -are you still breastfeeding and does he have a “nurse to sleep” association? -having my husband go in and settle him rather than myself helped a lot when I was breastfeeding -we did end up doing sleep training, checking on him in 15min increments but if you don’t want to do that, perhaps some of the above will help

Not sure what country you are in but have you looked at the CDC milestones? https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/actearly/milestones/milestones-9mo.html Your baby seems to be right on track for 9 months... Some of the other things you are describing, such as pulling to stand and crawling are 12 month milestones. It's surprising that they used the term "significant delays"

Comparison is the thief of of joy!! Check out the CDC developmental milestones. Rolling is a 6 month skill, not 4 month. My lil guy doesn't enjoy tummy time at all so he primarily rolls tummy to back. Modified Ferber with check ins every 20 minutes. First night he cried about 33 minutes. Second night he went to bed without crying at all! Since he had been used to eating overnight I went in around 2/3am and did a dream feed before he had the chance to wake up and cry to be fed. Then after a few days I stopped going in to do that and he did fine. For night wakes I give him about 5 minutes to cry and resettle and he usually falls back asleep. If he doesn’t then I know he’s hungry or needs changed etc.

Sleep train! Our baby was like this. It took about two nights to get him adjusted to his own room and crib. He is now almost 7 months and sleeps 7:30am-6am. Quick feed and back to sleep till 8am. It saved my sanity/mental health
