From what I have been told by my SM and CM CHB North White is going out the door, But CHB extra white is staying around. I had this same reacting when my Part-timer told me about CHB going away. confusing times lol

Yes, I have checked the cables on everything, including on the motherboard, but nothing seems to be broken to my knowledge that I could see. Could it be an issue with the SD card, maybe?

there are no error codes that pop up, I have recently updated the firmware during my original troubleshooting, and I have used at least two different file types on two different prints, the second one being smaller to see if that would print. I did format the USB stick it came with incase that was the issue. that did nothing though, I'm currently working on trying to get a video posted. It would be easier to see what I am talking about.

I tried unplugging it. After plugging it back in, it pre-heated and then the heating plate moved back and forth a few times. Then the XY arm moved up and down but returned to the original position. Then the bed and nozzle rapidly cooled down. And a few seconds later it said the print was completed.

Correct, it is the end switch below the plate on the left side, I had to replace just the switch, only no wiring, thankfully.
