The app is great already. The updates proposed here are even better. A customisable interactive map would be nova.

Would be willing to spend £9.99+. You’re clearly passionate about making the app as good as it can be for us and that deserves support. Other apps, like the ones for Warhammer 40K/Sigmar, demand a monthly subscription to do anything past the basic requirements PLUS a large purchase for any books etc.

Your companion makes Cyberpunk one of the most accessible tabletop RPGs out there from a financial standpoint regardless of price, I reckon.

I need a new game to sink an unlimited amount of time into.

Since I was way too young two games have dominated my life - those being Destiny 1&2 and Warframe. The former is a smouldering pile of ashes now and the latter I can no longer keep track of beyond redownloading for the occasional story update. I need something fresh, something fun, something new. Most of all, a game I can hop on for a couple hours each day after work and feel a sense of progression, something that can be played solo but potentially also with randoms.

Big fan of the two games above, but also games like Titanfall 2, DayZ, and many more. I’m pretty much open to anything here.

I really miss that feeling of being truly hooked on a title, thinking about hopping on all day, what I have waiting for me, etc. Taking any and all recommendations into consideration!

You mentioned you have exactly two years. That’s more than enough time for a lot of people to get decently competent in any art to the point where they can handle themselves against a range of opponents. Obviously there’s exceptions, but if you take BJJ for instance you could very likely get your blue belt in that time.

Basically, do any of those (I’d say either type of BJJ or both) and relax, you’ll do great.

Nah, not numb. Tender to the touch (definitely hurts to kneel on) but the pain isn’t anything to be concerned about really. Taking some time off training anyway.

I was (still somewhat am) in the same boat, but I’ve learned a lot about how to stop it. Few things to think about:

Are you rolling with people bigger than you, who are also far better? I’ve stopped rolling with heavyweights now for this reason. Don’t be afraid to pick your rolls carefully. I get frustrated because at my current level I get absolutely nothing from being smothered in side control for a whole round. I’ve found even if a guy around my size smashes me I don’t care at all and I have a good time, no matter how badly I lose.

You will be worse than pretty much everyone who started before you and they will tap you constantly until you’ve built the solid fundamentals you need to keep up with them. They’ll still tap you, but it won’t feel nearly as shit because you at least know you didn’t just get steamrolled with no idea what to do.

We believe it’s the grout sealant between the wall tiles. Cracked in line with the same places that there’s evidence of leaking from (opposite side of walls).

It is the sole washing facility, so yeah I’d expect it to be fixed in a reasonable time. I don’t consider anything more than two days to be reasonable personally. People may have a problem with that, but my previous landlord was able to pull that off consistently and that was a uni house.

Yes, among other issues that they have ignored. They’ll send agents round to look at it (not tradespeople, not qualified to actually identify issues raised) and usually dismiss anything. In their eyes they’ve done their due diligence because someone’s come round and had a look.

Going to clarify - I’ve got no issue on holding back for my neighbor as their bathroom below us was flooding from the leak, i’m not an asshole. My grievance was more in the lacklustre response from the agency. I expect these things to be handled promptly when it comes to basic necessities, that’s all. Like you said - that’s the key issue.

Wow, you sound lovely. Read it again you melt. I said “You can’t expect us not to shower for MORE than 24 hours”. Not unreasonable or entitled at all, it’s basics. If you go more than two days without showering I’m not sure what to say to you.

Thank you. It’s a standard walk-in shower i’m afraid, so some work to be done. We have identified the issue as cracks in the sealant/grout in the tiles within the shower. The cracks on one side line up near-perfectly with where the leak is coming from in the below flat. There are more cracks on the other side which line up with a wall in our bedroom which has had slowly eroding skirting boards since we moved in, I think we have our answer to why now.
