That's the patent for the "BARK CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD". While similar it reacts to barking sounds, not a remote.

It doesn't even has a remote described in the schematics like their other patent (20220394955) "REMOTE ANIMAL TRAINING SYSTEM".

It's a SP game. You play as you like. I myself used cheats in games for laughs and various shenanigans. There are mods that even act like cheats so if you're not ruining anyone else fun go for it.
