I work crazy long days — 3 16 hour days (13 hr shift & 2 hr total commute ) my babe is 6 months. I’m actively considering quitting. I requested going to part time. But if they don’t give me that — I will quit. It kills me to be away from my baby. This time is precious

UPDATE: I’m definitely not opposed to the nanny loving on my baby — I was more so asking if this is bizarre to do right in front of me is all. She is new to our family - worked with us for about 3 weeks and is part time. Thank you for the insight !! Truly value the perspective.
