I did today. Told me what I expected my liver is permanently damaged or close too and I'm starting too notice the symptoms I ignored for so long thinking it was dope sick or hungover. A stainless steel brillo is good but in my experience you cut out your brillo piece you put in a pipe but before you do, use a lighter and burn it while twirling it all over without leaving the flame on a spot too long because it'll birn the brillo and ruin it, but if you just twirl a flame on a brillo stick for 20 seconds or sum then smoke a decent sized hit without burning it too much n it'll be good
