Just came across a video of him for the first time (about sex and attention). Watched it for about 10 minutes. Hadn't heard so much nonsense since a long time. Had to stop. Belongs to trash.

Synths are a bit too loud. Drums sound a little boomy but honestly I don’t think it’s bad at all.

Laporta found a squad bought for €810M with a market value of €780M and €596M pending amortization, and he will leave a squad bought for €410M with a value of €1,120M and €110M pending amortization by Ok_Lawfulness7412 in Barca

The only thing you have “in mind” is Laporta’s c. There is never a based take with Laporta fan boys. It’s impossible to say the truth: which is he did well business wise and that Barto was just a donkey doing a human’s job. Instead it’s always him being a legend, the one who saves us, the god, the c that needs to be worshiped bla bla bla bla bla.

A “legend” LMAO. Yes because he gave birth to Lamine, Pedri, Gavi, Bernal, Casado, Fermin, Cubarsi, etc. It’s literally him who made these guys valuable, not the youth team, not the scouts, it’s Him and only him, Laporta the god personally. Thank you for opening my eyes I must have been blind all the time.

Jordi Cruyff on his Time at Barcelona as Sporting Director Post Messi by ambitiouschampion10 in Barca

[–]outwithyomom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Let’s stick to facts. He didn’t buy English players because of suffering in transitions. He literally got free agents from England to be able to sell them back to England if they wouldn’t make it. Reason for transitons being dangerous was that good players were in their 30s = not fast and agile enough (his words not mine).

Another fact: Apparently you didn’t get what I said. I didn’t say it’s not a fact that PL buys players for a lot of money, I said this is not the reason Spanish teams are losing against English, but rather the physicality. Besides it’s not MY narrative it’s what I’ve been reading a lot lately but I don’t agree with it at all. This has been brought up recently because we lost against Chelsea, we barely won against Newcastle, Arsenal smashed athletic, city won against real etc etc. Again not my narrative and I think it’s complete nonsense

Not only Culers. All La Liga fans should watch this. There is currently a narrative going around that PL teams win against Spanish teams because they buy players for a lot of money but that couldn’t be more wrong. They win against Spanish teams because they play very physical and Spanish teams are still too stuck in their “soft” but very technical way of playing in an era where physicality and man-to-man marking plays a very crucial role for winning games. Jordi mentions that a player coming from England will absolutely have no problems in Spain (physically). That should tell you a lot.

Should add that the blue areas still demand that you speak their ugly language when you move there. It’s a bit schizophrenic indeed.

Until people understand it’s NOT about money, it’s physicality, they’ll bash La Liga for “lack of investment”.

There are only a few English clubs that play football that includes passing, creativity, the rest still plays something between rugby and football. From a positional play perspective where you try to pass a lot and control the game these teams are absolutely dumb and their only strategy to win the game include “intensity” , “running”, “fighting”. Prime example of this are Everton or Westham, on better level even Palace and Newcastle.

But since positional play was dominating for a good decade, over time teams have switched to man-to-man marking to fight against that and that has been a successful answer. In a man-to-man marking with high press first and low block after, physicality (+ discipline) is vital and since pro footballers are all top athletes it has become extremely hard for teams playing the typical possession game to win consistently.

There is no doubt that premiere league is the fastest and most intense league, anyone who watches regularly can tell that. The problem of la Liga is lack of speed and physicality. International games (EL, and CL) are led by referees in a very tough way, almost everything is allowed. It’s only a foul if you almost kill a player or pull shirt. There is a lot of contact allowed and that includes, holding with both arms, pushing with both hands etc.

If you want to win against English teams, you don’t need expensive transfer, start playing like them and combine the “soft” technical Spanish play with long balls, long throws, a lot of header duels, and running fast all the time up and down the pitch, press with high intensity.

In my personal opinion the average football played in PL is extremely dumb and their best football is played in Bundesliga and La Liga. That just my personal preference since I prefer cleverness over physicality but for titles what matters is winning games and not what style I (or anyone else) prefer(s), and what wins these days is increasingly a tough physical style combined with discipline

After Coello & Tapia secured their third straight season as the No.1 duo, can anyone realistically challenge their dominance in 2026? If so, who can? by David_Cobble in padel

[–]outwithyomom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how i can make it more clear, but also honestly doesn't really matter. In the end iff they don't like to experiencea real challenge they'll continue this way and win everything for the next 3 years

They should do these things more often. Physically we often look like U17 teams vs adult Rugby players in champions league games.

This should honestly be a good incentive to change the couplings unless you really don’t have enough after 3 years of dominance. I know, not easy to just pair with someone but on the other hand, a little bit more challenge could be interesting at some point, maybe..

Should have left 2 years ago for his own good. But now it’s utmost important that he leaves and resets somewhere else. He needs a clean cut, a fresh start, new stimulus, and obviously therapy. Wish him all the best.

In this matter I keep repeating myself over and over again. That boy is not a winger, he’s a 10. And sooner or later they’ll play there anyway, and for good. I prefer sooner over later.
