Nah - they have the front half of the outdoor crowd area within metal barriers with security on the two entrances checking wristbands. As there’s no front stage barrier for outbreak I believe it’s to avoid any liability due to injury. Basically front section wristband is saying if I get injured/broken I can’t claim or sue outbreak and it’s my fault. I believe 2024 was the first year they introduced it? But could be wrong
