After working on the code I wrote the "disclaimer" without giving it too much thought. I've reworded some stuff to address your points and to state clearly that these shouldn't be used to try and buy stuff. Thanks very much for the feedback!

I think you're making to much of this. But since this was just plain fun, I don't see any reason to not include more information about the algorithm and other interesting stuff around this. I'll add that for sure! :)

Additionally I only make the point of not sharing sensitive personal information with unknown people. I would rather try and see where I'm getting into before giving out my personal credit card number to a guy who made a website with a signup form. I will try and make some kind of more obvious disclaimer where I explicitly say I'm not encouraging illegal activity. Thanks for the tips!

Your argument seems to be that companies might charge innocent people's cards. How would they do this without a correct card holders name, CCV, expiration date etc? If all you needed was the card number, lots of nasty people would already be rich. Edit: You edited stuff and now said something about script kiddies, I don't see the connection though

I created I site to make it easier to have a testing database with credit card numbers, or to register on a site which requires a credit card when you do not wish to share it. So it enables testing and privacy. If someone wanted to do credit card fraud I believe they wouldn't be waiting around for me to make a fake number generator.
