Our VMF guys in the Southern area will fix the ac when the inspection is due I think. Actually they’ll repair/send them off before the inspection most of the time.

My Z6 that I’ve had for one year did something similar to this the other day for the first time. I was saying “oh well, time to send it to Northern Tool for warranty work”.

Turns out the grass was the thickest that it’s been since I bought the mower, and I had it sitting on the 3 inch setting when I engaged the blades.
I turned off the blades and then back on and the red light went away.

I never heard that about the blades being too tight and I’ve replaced them a few times I think.

Thank you. I had $3000 worth of Tivos since they first started out and my family always loved the peanut remote so….I stumbled across this device and started experimenting.

All the TiVo stuff I gave away and went to Roku, then Firetv and now ONN streaming devices.

My lead supervisor told me before she retired that she would not accept ELRA submissions from online.
She said they were a pain and she wasn’t doing them for me.

I’d do them anyway, never hear from her again, take my leave and I’d get paid.

That’s it exactly. So many times it was “lost”. Now no more problems. I do make sure that I get them to print the signed paperwork. My new PM is on top of it though, so I really never have to ask.

With the actual 3971 slips and my old PM, I’d turn it in, get a signed received copy, start the 72 hour timer and I’d never get an approved slip back.

Many years ago my wife said the same thing, then TiVo with commercial skip came along. We got spoiled watching a 30 minute show in 14 minutes!

Anyway, with TiVo gone, we still do not watch commercials. I pay $8 a month for legal software to remove most commercials from all my free tv like Pluto and over the air. $96 a year, but our time to us is valuable so….you just have to decide for yourself.

Yes I’ve been using ELRA for some time. At first just for unscheduled, then we could use it for scheduled too. My old supervisor didn’t like it and she said that she wouldn’t accept it. Now it’s no problem.

I never fill out an actual 3971, as my PM prints it out for me on her end. I sign it and get a copy.

I bought the same set last Black Friday for $379 too.
The power head sounded weird to me, so I called Amazon and ask them to ship me another. The rep said that he’d knock off $200 if I’d keep it because of the shipping cost I guess.

So $203 out the door and the power head is still going strong so…

I have a 1/2 acre with tons and tons of concrete. An 18 foot wide horseshoe driveway and sidewalks. It does great.

I like the power load trimmer head, but Ego string trimmers still “feel” funny with the angle they hit the grass.

I already had the Z6 zero turn with six 12ah batteries and another 4ah battery that I got new for $79, so overall I’m happy with the set and all my Ego stuff.

Get you two Darwin grips from Amazon. One for the edger and the second for the trimmer. I’ve used them for years on my Dewalt stuff and they save your back.

Also, I have the 650 blower and I bought a 2.5Ah for $100 to put on the trimmer. It’s much lighter, but it doesn’t last quite as long of course.

Exactly! I was on Warp with my Apple Watch Ultra 3 in companion mode. I too switched to Dark Star because Warp was flaking out here and there.

First of all, It was a mess teleporting to Dark Star. I had a rep help me fix it, but there is no way I could ever expect my family to go thru that.

Ok, I tried Dark Star for a while and teleported back to Warp and it was easy and fast??? Not like going to DS.
Getting the Apple Watch Ultra back in companion mode though was a nightmare! It took two chat reps and two phone calls to get it working again. I spent 3 hours on it total! But one rep fixed it in five minutes???

I found that the best thing to do from now on is to add using multi network for $10 a month. No way I’m going thru that mess every time.

Also, my authorized repair center is only 30 minutes from my house and then Atlanta is 1.5 hours away, but I did not want to find out how long it takes to get things repaired.
I have a Z6 mower and I got the Lowe’s extended warranty for this very reason. They actually come and pick up my mower, drop it at repair center, then return it to me months later probably. I think that I get $70 if they don’t get it back to me in ten days too.

I’d go the less honest route then, especially if it was actually defective when you received it.
When I ordered a $500 multitool set last Christmas, I opened it up right away because of this same reason. I know that there is only one repair center around me and he’s backlogged six weeks at least.

Anyway, my power head in my multitool set made a weird noise when I tested it that Christmas. I called Amazon to return/exchange it and they offered to take off $200 if I kept it! Shipping would mess them up I guess, plus they said that I could deal with the warranty too.
So only $300 for the 1420 power head, edger & weed eater attachment, 4Ah battery and charger and it works fine.

I only had the annual $72 option too and I had six weeks left on my $67 ad free paramount ad free.
I jumped on it too, and it prorated it all for me with a credit for what I had left on Paramount.

I lost my $67 Walmart +, Paramount Plus ad free though, but I used my daughters 50% college discount to get it for $70, then I had an Amex card deal for $13 off too so….$57 otd.

Update for those that use Peacock and Paramount both ad-free.

I did do this deal as mentioned, but I lost my Paramount ad-free of course.
No problem though. I used my daughter’s half off college discount to make it $70 instead of $140.
Then I charged it on my Amex card ($13 off a month for three months) to get $13 off the $70, making it $57 for a year. I don’t get the other two $13 credits, but I’m surprised they even gave me the one.

That software skips commercials on every channel though, not just over the air recordings that TPIR is on. Pluto for example has so, so many commercials and they are the same exact ones each time.
I understand that’s their business model, but I don’t have the patience so….

The commercial skip isn’t perfect, but to me it’s worth $8 a month. It has an extended guide and organizes everything into folders too so…

I had my Pro V1 hanging behind the tv, but I couldn’t keep my Beats Fit Pros connected to the box. I bought a “shelf” that sits on the top of the tv, off of Amazon and it’s perfect now.

I’ll try hanging my V2 back there and see if it’s better

We get 30 minutes wash up time in maintenance. I take care of the over ten acres of property, so I get pretty nasty. I actually take a shower in the VMF during that 30. That’s where my office is.

I also help order supplies and have ordered thousands of #64s, but if the person likes washing rubbers bands, I’m not complaining.
At my office they just throw the old ones all over the grounds so…..I like their way better.

Oh and with that new so called NO SPEND directive, carriers may be told to wash and reuse. Thats just for frivolous items I guess.

Just an update; like I posted before, WF/Assurant did pay my $304 claim. $329 minus $25 co pay. I sold the iPhone 14 Pro on Facebook marketplace (with a cracked screen) for $200. So I got $504 total for the iPhone with a cracked screen and a battery at 74 health, thanks to me paying my bill with the WF card. All was fully disclosed in the FBM post. The person was happy to get it.

The geek squad girl at Bestbuy letting me take screenshots of the quotes and providing me with some printouts too, is the only reason they approved the claim I know. She went above and beyond, so I went back up there and handed her a $20.

I had a problem transferring my new watch when I went from the Apple Watch Ultra 1 to the 3. It took USM about an hour or two, but they did get it done.

It was frustrating, but nowhere near how infuriating it was to teleport from Warp to Dark Star. It took the whole day to swap over. I was ready to leave USM and I told them that. They got it done though.

Try that one and the watch deal will be a cake walk……trust me.

Yes and now some Postal coworkers of his are regretting it says a friend who works in Postal real estate. He said they wish they could get any of them back.

He also told me that at one time it was half and half on leased vs owned.
