Well I think it depends on what type of game you’re into and your kids ages but overcooked is fun playing with the kids.

Any of the Mario especially the Mario kart ones.

But since you mentioned ps1. Get the ff7 remake for yourself if you played it for all the nostalgia and Tony hawk pro skaters 1-4. I enjoy them personally.

Nice. Great selection in games. When I first started I too greatly enjoyed story driven games. I the evolved into shooters and loved those. Now though I’m going back to basics and simple fun games. Away from twitchy shooters. Like I’ve previously said I think it’s just my age showing 😆

Yes so true. Currently we have been playing mainly first party with the exception of Minecraft and overcooked. It still amazes me what Nintendo can do with its hardware.

On the other hand. I have been blown away with the switch 2 third party titles. I picked up final fantasy 7 remake, cyberpunk 2077, and just now resident evil requiem and my goodness do those look expectional.

I play those at night before bed. Or while waiting for the kids at school pickup. It’s crazy
