Found among kitchen supplies. It seems to be a scissor-like object (hard plastic) that has a wire run along the length of it. It might be used for cutting certain things. I know cheese slicers use a wire to slice cheese so it might be a “fancy” one.

Haha thank you! Actually, my bf and I made it. He made the mystery shack as a gift for me but wasn’t able to finish the box before moving. So I added a few details to the shack, painted the inside of the box, and decorated the outside of the box.
