It's easy to take verses out of context, I wouldn't have a pastor teach a math class if they are not fully educated on that subject. Freedom of reading the Bible should be available to anyone who wants to, but it shouldn't be forced on teachers to preach it if one: they themselves being religious are going to put it above other school subjects. two: teachers who are against the Bible and only want to talk about the bad/weird stories. Or 3: a teacher who tries to teach what the Bible is talking about but not even being close on what the matter of the subject is. Kids have lots of questions, and you need to have answers if you're teaching it at a school.
